Kevin Oats, Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Oats serves as Chief Operating Officer with management oversight of the firm’s investment portfolio, operating company and banking relationships. Mr. Oats has held an integral role in building the firm’s diversified portfolio of 45 properties and excels in helping assure each asset acquired is seamlessly absorbed into the firm’s operating company. Mr. Oats also oversees asset management, which includes over 300 tenant relationships and a 92% tenant retention rate, one of the highest in the industry. Under Mr. Oats leadership, the firm has built an outstanding reputation as one of Atlanta’s premier management companies and work environments and has been recognized by GE as a global leader in partnership operations excellence.
Mr. Oats holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Harding University. Mr. Oats is long-time member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and holds Georgia Real Estate Broker and Appraisal licenses. Mr. Oats has been recognized by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International for property management excellence.
