Jeff Shaw, President / Managing Director Leasing
Mr. Shaw serves as President with direct oversight of the firm's leasing division and tenant relationships. Mr. Shaw also holds an integral role with the firm's acquisition initiatives by providing market leasing insight, supply/demand expectations and asset leasing viability to all investments under consideration. Under Mr. Shaw’s leadership, the firm has built a reputation as one of Atlanta’s most trusted and respected building owners. Mr. Shaw has completed hundreds of leases and lease renewals, extensively impacting asset values, risk, equity returns and tenant diversification.
Mr. Shaw holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia. Mr. Shaw has been a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and The Atlanta Commercial Board of Real Estate Executives, receiving numerous awards from both highly respected industry institutions for lease transactions over the past decade.
